Shipping

How much is shipping?
US orders over $50 ship free. Under $50, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. International rates are calculated live based on your address.

How fast will I get my order?
We pack and ship within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery is 3–7 business days after that; express is 2–3.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Canada, the UK, Australia, and much of Europe and Asia. Note that customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Turf Tape

How big is a roll?
4 inches wide, 10 yards long. That's enough for multiple games.

Will it stick to my skin or pull my hair?
No. GCG Turf Tape is a cohesive wrap — it sticks to itself, not to you. It comes off clean.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's latex free and hypoallergenic.

Does it stay on when I sweat?
Yes. It's breathable and waterproof, built to hold through sweat and rain.

Do I need scissors?
No — it tears clean by hand.

Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibers and reduces absorbency.

Apparel & Sizing

How does the Logo Tee fit?
Relaxed athletic fit — room to move without looking sloppy. If you're between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down.

What sizes do the socks come in?
S (Men's 4–6), M (Men's 6–9), L (Men's 9–12), XL (Men's 12–15). Sold in 3-packs.

Does the snapback fit everyone?
Yes — adjustable snapback closure, one size fits all.

Orders & Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Opened socks and opened turf tape can't be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I exchange for a different size?
Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's the fastest route. Email us and we'll help coordinate.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After it ships, it falls under the return policy.

Do you do team orders?
Yes. Email gcgear.info@gmail.com with your organization, what you need, and rough quantities and we'll quote it.
