Welcome to Game Changer Gear. By accessing or using getgcgear.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We do our best to display product colors, descriptions, and specifications accurately. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed and inventory is subject to change.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel such an order and payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

3. Orders

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full payment card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Game Changer Gear name and logo, The Skill Towel™, StrikeForm™, PhaseZero™, product photography, copy, and designs — is the property of Game Changer Gear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit content to us — including reviews, photos, or videos tagged to our brand — you grant Game Changer Gear a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing purposes, with attribution where practical. You represent that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Assumption of Risk

Our products are athletic accessories and apparel. They are not protective safety equipment and do not prevent injury. Turf tape is intended to reduce skin abrasion only — it is not a brace, a support device, or a substitute for proper medical care or protective gear. Use all products as intended and consult a qualified professional regarding any injury or medical condition. You assume all risk associated with athletic activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Changer Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
